Foralin Balogun: FIFA approves transfer of arsenal from UK to US

The 21-year-old decided to stake his allegiance after England manager Gareth Southgate turned him down.

“So you can’t bring someone to the top team just because they don’t want you to go elsewhere.”

Balogun made four appearances for the United States Under-18s in 2018, before representing England at Under-18, Under-20 and Under-21 levels.
